Rick Ramick is a native of Pine Bluff. His parents first brought him to Hot Springs in the late 1950’s and he has been spending summers in Hot Springs ever since. After retiring as Director of Sales for The Home Depot, Rick permanently moved to Hot Springs where he started his Real Estate career. In 2004 Rick started TRACO Development, LLC and began building condominiums on Lake Hamilton. After completing two successful condominium projects, he is concentrating his efforts on a 52 lot residential subdivision. Fox Run Subdivision will consist of 1650 - 2200 sq ft homes targeting first time home buyers in the Lake Hamilton School District. His experience in construction and the Hot Springs area and market uniquely qualifies him to consult on property condition and value.
